Vendors = State Agencies | Federal Agencies | Corporations
Are you currently searching for a new, more profitable revenue stream?
In conjunction with National Small Business Week – New England XPO has developed a first-rate Procurement Event, which will connect XPO attendees with buyers from government agencies & major corporations. Our goal is to aid business owners in their quest to find quality selling prospects from both the public and private sectors.
Purchaser = Pavilion Vendor [Buyer]
Prospect = Small Business / XPO Attendee [Seller]
The 2011 Matchmaking Event will be located in a private show floor pavilion called the Procurement Center. It consists of 20 vendor [Access List] tables showcasing purchasers from New England-based corporations, as well as, State, Federal and Municipal Agencies.
Participation is an opportunity for small businesses to schedule 15 minute meetings with purchasers [pavilion vendors]. All appointment requests must receive prior approval.
Step 1
Do your homework! Review the below vendor profiles [State | Federal | Corporation] and determine which purchasers [pavilion vendors] are outsourcing for your product or service. If you offer something that the purchaser [pavilion vendor] does not buy, do not schedule a meeting. Don’t waste your time or the purchaser’s time.
Step 2
Select "Apply For Appointment" to request a meeting with your desired purchaser [pavilion vendor]. Fill out the meeting request application and hit submit. XPO staff will determine in advance if there is an actual need for your goods or services.
Individuals are authorized to schedule a maximum of 4 meetings.
Step 3
Approved prospects will receive a confirmation email with a pre-scheduled meeting time [May 25th 2011 @ Hynes Convention Center]. You will be required to prepare a brief pitch and collateral piece that clearly communicates your company's capabilities.
